Splits with Ældste Langmann

Hey hey! What's going on? I am coming back to y'all from Denmark! Decent week this week!

Started it off right by going on splits with Ældste Langmann from Germany. We had a good time together. We actually got a guy's number and he was down to meet sometime, so let's hope that works out! Splits were nice. Nothing too big to report there. We finished it off with a nice district council with the boys down in Aalborg and grabbed a pizza that made me feel soooo nasty after hahah. Tasted nice though.....

We also had splits with my district leader Ældste Cousins. We had a good time doing A TON of service. But honestly, it was good we had that. It made the splits go by faster. Plus, if you know me you know that I genuinely love service. So that was sick and I just got to talk to some members that I like, so I enjoyed that. We went out contacting and ran into this less-active member and had a chance to talk to him. I think it was for sure inspired that we met him. We had a Trunk or Treat activity with some of the families in the branch and that was also a good time. We had a light saber in the apartment so I whipped up as a Jedi, lol, lame I know. It's hard to get creative with a white shirt and tie on hahah. I chatted the night away with a member that has bad dementia and honestly it was so pure. I really enjoyed it. I don't think he will remember it or anything, but I sure will. 

Splits with Ældste Cousins

Halloween was rather mundane. Corona has really killed the vibe, but that's okay. Nobody was really out at all that day to be honest. I was wearing my orange tie though, so don't think I didn't even try to be festive. ;) We decided that night to go grab a nice dinner from an American barbecue place hahah. It cost so much, but it was nice to have some tenderloin, ribs, onion rings, chicken, fries AND ice cream as a celebratory meal. It was also the start of our healthy eating period where we are gonna stop buying so many treats.. lol. Earlier this week we bought some ice cream and were eating it at this lookout thing and we saw a rainbow. Small blessings. Maybe we should keep eating treats? Hmmmm, gotta think over that one. 

We ate with a member family last night and it was so sick. It was like their Halloween Sunday dinner party so the whole extended fam (who are also members) pulled up and we ate some FIRE food. It was so nice and it just felt like we were part of the family! Big W!

Tate loved seeing Ældste Vestergaard's family again

I also saw my trainee's family at church yesterday! They were up here for vacation and I got to talk to them! It was awesome to see them again! 

Our lesson with Grazyna went well yesterday! She has her interview today and she is ready! We're so excited to see her enter into this covenant with God. Look forward to next week's email!

Also big shout out to my sister Shae and her fiance Colten! They are getting married this week on Friday! Congrats to them! Super thankful for eternal families and for both Shae and Colten for their examples to me!
