Meetings on Meetings ft Moms day

Howdy everybody! Lovely to be writing to you all again. Always a pleasure!

This week was, as the title states, a meeting-filled week. Kinda hard to put together, I know. lol. We had both Zone Conferences this week, and for the first time since last summer, 100 percent of them were in person! Yeehaw! This was my first in-person training for the whole mission and I was low key nervous, lollll, but it all worked out luckily enough. We brought the Nerf Hoop my mom sent to me for Christmas 2019 to use in our training, and President Olsen was a good sport and tried to make a couple shots for us. Hahaha! It was awesome to watch. He is a legend. We tied it all back into focusing on the work and our purpose as missionaries, efficiency in everything we do, and having a love for God, the people and the work. It was fun! I think both zones appreciated it..... or at least I hope they did.

We had a mini leadership meeting for all the DLs and ZLs who aren't going home within the next two transfers to kinda train them up because they are all so new to both the mission and leadership. That was fun as well! Plus we had a little Kahoot quiz with pastries as the prize.... it brought the competitiveness out of them all hahahah. Plus, the mission provided some good pizzas afterwards. Kebab pizza is heaven sent let me just say. I talk about food way too much in these. Hope y'all love it haha.

Speaking of food, our pastry count for this transfer is 16 pastries. We are at 16/36 for our end goal here in 4 weeks. I don't think it will be too hard to reach, lol. I also had Chick-Fil-A sauce for the first time in 2 years (shout out to Kate Hepworth!) and it was sooooo good. That stuff is straight up candy hahaha, even with some fries from McDonalds.

Happy Mother's Day to everyone! I hope you all had a good one and appreciated the mother figures in your lives. I had the opportunity to call my sweet mom and chat with her, it was great! She is high key the best mom in the world! Love you Mom!

A quick spiritual thought before I sign off. In Moroni 7:33 it states, "And Christ hath said: If ye will have faith in me ye shall have power to do whatsoever thing is expedient in me." What a powerful thought. Through Christ all things are possible. People can be changed and mountains can be moved! I love that I can share this message with the people in Denmark! I love it here!

Kærlighed fra Trællerup,

Ældste Modersitzki
